Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate, graduate or school leaver
- Diploma in marketing-related field (added advantage)
- Previous sales experience (added advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Cold calls, manage social media, SEO, e-flyers and content creation (blogs, newsletters)
- Sales Support: Create proposals, coordinate demos and assist in deal closures
- Branding & Digital Marketing: Maintain brand guidelines across sales materials and social media
- Admin & Operational Support: Maintain CRM and HR system, coordinate events
- Reporting & Research: Analyze market trends and competitor research, and generate regular analytics based on CRM system
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (added advantage)
