The role leads the global master data management strategy, process standardization, SAP S/4HANA integration and shared service center transitions to ensure high-quality, compliant and value-driven master data across Freudenberg Performance Materials.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years in business process management
- Hands-on experience in SAP or any other ERP system is mandatory
- Lean Admin Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
- Age below 40 years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy global standard processes in line with functional directives, local requirements and BPM methodology
- Be responsible for end-to-end process alignment with BPM, BPES and IT
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to deliver innovation and corrective actions
- Develop business cases and functional roadmaps for major improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain complete and current process documentation and training
- Collaborate closely with business process experts, for example in identifying improvement potentials and process performance monitoring
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation and change management
- Proficiency in English communication is essential
