Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing / Management or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
- Proven track record in sales, administration and team management (experience in the healthcare / clinical laboratory sector will be an added advantage)
- Age below 40 years
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Kandy
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall branch administrative work
- Drive sales development and expand market reach across the Kandy region
- Lead and motivate the sales force to meet and exceed targets and organizational goals
- Maintain strong financial discipline and operational controls
- Acquire and attach new sales centers to expand the service network
- Actively promote corporate medical packages to corporate clients
- Plan, organize and execute community health camps
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
