Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical, hospital or pharmacy setting
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with doctors and clients throughout the treatment journey
- Educate clients on medication usage and pre- and post-treatment care
- Dispense medications accurately and provide clear guidance on usage
- Follow up with clients on their treatment progress, medication and recommended products
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates and required documentation
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining a high standard of client care
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of medications and dispensing practices
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proactive, well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
