Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from a highly ranked and recognized university in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Chemistry or a closely related discipline
- A strong academic foundation in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Engineering Sciences
- An excellent academic record with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Additional qualifications or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Automation or Digital Technologies will be an advantage

- Comprehensive cost analysis and cost optimization
- Warranty analysis, product reliability and root cause investigation
- Industrial automation and smart manufacturing projects
- Operational, distribution and inventory efficiency
- AI, data analytics and digital transformation
- Quality assurance, sustainability and operational compliance
- Strategic projects and management reporting
Required Skills
- Power BI and data analytics: dashboard development, KPI monitoring, operational analysis and management reporting
- Artificial intelligence: practical application of modern AI tools, generative AI and emerging technologies to improve business and manufacturing performance
- Microsoft Office: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other business productivity applications
- IT and digital technologies: strong computer literacy, technological adaptability and the ability to rapidly learn and implement new digital tools
- Industrial automation: knowledge of or strong interest in PLC, SCADA, IoT, robotics, smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Manufacturing analytics: strong interest in process optimization, cost reduction, productivity improvement and quality management
