Luminex PLC is seeking energetic Technical Officers / Supervisors for its Civil / Water Engineering division, due to the expansion of its civil and water project divisions. The role is based at project sites located island-wide.

Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ level qualification in Civil Engineering, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in the civil construction industry in material handling, site supervision and labour handling
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of construction project implementation
- Understand project drawings, specifications and variations for execution
- Execute the project plan, monitoring and timely communication with site management on daily progress
- Track project progress and highlight any resource and material requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all site works
- Quality control
- Plan and manage labour, equipment and material requirements daily
- Attend site meetings and provide input on scheduling and execution challenges
- Report delays, shortages or technical issues to the Site Engineer

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
