Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification from a recognised institution related to Telecommunication
- 4+ years’ experience in the Telecommunication service field, related to: Fibre Network Development (FTTH / OSP), site management and monitoring, and workforce coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fibre cable laying (aerial / underground / duct / pole routes) at site
- Coordinate splicing, termination and testing activities
- Understand project drawings, specifications and variations for execution
- Ensure installation follows drawings and BOQs
- Monitor subcontractors and field technicians at site
- Conduct site inspections and progress tracking
- Execute project plans, monitor progress and liaise with clients for project completion and testing
Required Skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, network tools, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable, agreed depending on qualifications and experience
