Qualifications & Experience
- BSc in IT / Computer Science or Higher Diploma / Diploma in IT or a related field
- Residents of the Colombo area (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Windows-based systems and servers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Provide technical support to internal users
- Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades
- Ensure system security and data backup procedures
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows-based infrastructure systems
- Sound knowledge in computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Basic knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN) will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
