Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L) qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Information Technology (IT), Computer Networking, or Network Administration is an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or a similar field
Key Responsibilities
- Networking fundamentals
- Routing & switching: basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network devices
- Core network services: network authentication, internet connectivity, and basic network security
- Hardware & IT infrastructure: installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, servers, printers, cabling, and network equipment
- System administration: basic administration of Windows operating systems, user accounts, and access permissions
- Network troubleshooting & support: identifying and resolving network connectivity, hardware, and software issues
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking, routing and switching
