Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Good understanding of Microwave, Fiber Optic and IP networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of transmission network planning, capacity management and performance monitoring will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design and optimize Microwave, Fiber Optic and IP transmission networks
- Analyze network traffic, capacity utilization and performance KPIs
- Forecast capacity demands and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop cost-effective network expansion solutions
- Support network performance analysis, technical audits and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable network performance and timely project delivery
Required Skills
- Proficiency in GIS tools, familiarity with data analysis, reporting or visualization tools will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn new technologies
