Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems across all company branches
- Troubleshoot AC breakdowns and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Inspect AC system performance, identify faults and ensure efficient and reliable operation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and spare parts requirements
- Assist with other company maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, painting and general repair work, as required
- Follow safety procedures and complete all assigned maintenance tasks within the specified time frames
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair
- A reliable, hands-on team player with a strong commitment to safety and quality
