Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on site work
- Must be an Associate Member in IESL
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Manage MEP documentation, including drawings, submittals and material approvals
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to technical issues and on-site challenges
