Qualifications & Experience
- NDT / HNDE / HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior / civil construction projects
- Candidates with experience in both Quantity Surveying and Drafting are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents
- Taking site measurements, checking contractor bills, extra work and variation claims
- Preparing accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and detailed interior drawings (as required)
- Coordination with the project team, suppliers, contractors and site teams
- Supporting project cost control and procurement activities
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation and checking of bills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good computer literacy (Excel and related software)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
