- Finance Stream: CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified / part-qualified

Key Responsibilities
The programme is a 12-month leadership journey:
- 3 months – Sri Lanka Business Immersion: gain hands-on exposure to operations, finance, customers and business environment
- 6 months – Regional Finance Experience: work with regional teams, strengthen commercial understanding and gain a broader business perspective
- 3 months – Techno-Commercial Assignment: build customer-facing, operational and commercial skills while working on real business challenges
