Organization Overview
Monik Trading (Pvt) Ltd is an expanding retailer of home appliances and electronics in Sri Lanka. It is the authorized retailer and distributor for the Walton brand, alongside its own Monik (OEM) brand and other world-renowned labels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Passed G.C.E. O/L (A/L qualification is an advantage)
- Certification: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Refrigeration/AC
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in home appliance repair
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and Service: Fix washing machines, refrigerators, gas cookers, electric ovens, fans and other appliances
- Diagnosis: Identify technical faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently
- Maintenance: Use service tools and testing equipment safely and professionally
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service reports, job records and spare parts inventory
- Field Work: Handle installations, site inspections and customer visits when required
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
