Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction operations management, with demonstrated multi-project oversight responsibility
- Demonstrated experience managing equipment fleets, resource allocation and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working in the Bahamian or Caribbean construction market is strongly preferred
- Valid passport required, with the ability to travel internationally for work purposes as needed
- Willingness to relocate to The Bahamas
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all active company projects and business units
- Manage equipment fleet allocation, utilization and maintenance planning across project sites
- Coordinate resource allocation between project managers to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment and materials
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics and cost performance across all active projects
- Support project managers in resolving operational bottlenecks, resourcing conflicts and logistics challenges
- Report on operational performance and improvement initiatives to senior management
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management / ERP platforms
