Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, business planning, or a related area
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems or ERP software will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support the company’s financial management, business planning, reporting and strategic initiatives
- Translate data into meaningful insights to support management decision-making
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential financial information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently as well as within a team
