Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in website management, online booking systems and IPG integrations
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with database management, APIs, web portals and payment integrations
- Experience in system administration and business application support
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the online movie booking website and booking system
- Handle Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) integrations and troubleshoot payment-related issues
- Set up, configure and manage websites and web portals
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve website issues, system errors and technical bugs
- Manage ERP systems and inventory management systems
- Provide technical support, monitor system performance, and coordinate with external software developers and service providers
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and business applications
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage IT projects, resolve technical issues and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
