Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide detailed information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, activities, and transport teams
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy
