Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of 10 clients and their cars a day
- Actively interact to understand clients’ and cars’ exact requirements
- Explain all available solutions to clients
- Agree on solutions and apply so that both you and the clients are entirely satisfied at the end of the process
Required Skills
- Excellent front office management skills
- Belief in both customer care and employee satisfaction, with a full understanding of automotive after-sales service
