Qualifications & Experience
Finance Manager
- Degree / professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong in VAT, taxation, Excel and ERP
- SAP ERP module knowledge is an added advantage
- Age below 35 years
Finance Assistant
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior finance experience is an added advantage
- Good Excel and accounting / ERP knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Finance Manager
- Oversee and manage all finance and accounting functions
- Prepare and monitor financial reports, budgets, cash flows and management accounts
- Manage VAT, APIT, taxation and statutory compliance, ensuring timely submissions
- Maintain strong financial controls, accounting procedures and accurate financial records
- Coordinate with auditors, banks and relevant external parties
- Provide financial analysis to management and supervise and guide the finance team
Finance Assistant
- Day-to-day accounting and records
- Invoices, payments and receipts
- Bank reconciliations, AP and AR
- Support monthly closing and reports
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and teamwork (Finance Assistant)
- Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation, Excel and ERP (Finance Manager)
