Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or full professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM), Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution, ideally within a Card Center, Cards Marketing, or Portfolio Management function
- Senior Executive candidates will be evaluated based on additional depth of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor and analyze cardholder usage patterns, spending trends and transaction data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute tailored portfolio growth strategies to drive card usage, increase active cardholder ratios and grow overall spend volumes
- Plan, negotiate and implement timely merchant promotions, targeted spend campaigns and seasonal offers aligned with cardholder preferences
- Stay updated on macro and industry card market developments, competitor offerings and digital payment trends to maintain market competitiveness
- Coordinate with merchant acquiring, risk, digital banking and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum campaign visibility
- Monitor campaign ROI, track promotion effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to leadership to continually refine marketing strategies
Required Skills
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and MS Office
- Expertise in data analysis, trend identification and campaign tracking
- Hands-on experience in conceptualizing, executing and evaluating cards portfolio spend campaigns and merchant promotions
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven team player with a creative problem-solving mindset
