Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Insurance, Bancassurance or Insurance Operations
- Strong knowledge of Motor and Non-Motor insurance operations
- Experience in coordinating with banks and insurance companies will be a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day General Insurance operations of the Bancassurance partnership
- Coordinate with bank branches, insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and related operational activities
- Monitor service standards, turnaround times and operational accuracy
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Prepare operational reports and monitor business performance
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage operational responsibilities and meet deadlines
