Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and BD activities
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales and Client Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase company revenue
- Cross-sell the company’s solutions
- Conduct market research
- Prepare sales pitches and fix sales appointments
- Prospect visits, presentations, negotiating contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on business development initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills for market research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement business plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
