Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stores, inventory or warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and stock transfers
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the digital systems
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor stock availability, wastage, expiry dates and reorder requirements
- Prepare regular warehouse reports for management
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of stock control, GRNs and inventory documentation
- Confidence using Excel and computerised stock management systems
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and team-supervision skills
- A practical, hands-on attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
