Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or field supervision within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience managing larger construction scopes
- Familiarity with Bahamian construction codes and environmental compliance requirements is an asset

- Valid passport required, with the ability to travel internationally for work purposes as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage civil infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout
- Oversee construction of roadworks, drainage systems, site development and mixed-use infrastructure scopes
- Manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation across assigned project scopes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field crews to ensure quality and timely execution
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality assurance practices
