- HND / Diploma / NCT QS qualification
- 3-4 years of working experience in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare IPAs (interim payment applications) and rate breakdowns
- Handle office documentation and emails
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MS package (Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of preparation of IPAs and rate breakdowns
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English (written)
- Good personality
- Residing in Homagama is preferred
