Key Responsibilities
- Accommodation management: arrange and manage accommodation for employees, including room allocations, check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining updated accommodation records
- Employee support and coordination: handle employees’ accommodation-related concerns, coordinate repairs and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
- Vendor and facility coordination: liaise with landlords, property owners, maintenance teams and service providers regarding rent, utilities, repairs and other accommodation requirements
Required Skills
- Pleasant appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
