Organization Overview
Monik Trading (Pvt) Ltd is an expanding retailer of home appliances and electronics in Sri Lanka, and the authorized retailer and distributor for the Walton brand alongside its own Monik (OEM) brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, after-sales, customer service or administration is an advantage
- Experience in trading, electrical, appliance or related industries is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service requests, warranty claims and repairs
- Schedule and allocate jobs to technicians and service partners
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion
- Communicate with customers and resolve service issues
- Maintain service records, job cards and warranty documents
- Coordinate with technicians, stores, suppliers and internal teams
Required Skills
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Good computer literacy and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
