Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce Stream
- Passed AAT Level III or ICASL Stage I or equivalent qualification
- 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Audit firm experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple business units
- Ensure compliance with EPF/ETF, PAYE tax and other statutory requirements
- Monitor and analyze revenue, expenditure, cash flows, receivables, payables and cost management to ensure sound financial performance
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls over revenue, inventory, procurement, purchasing and cost management activities
- Ensure full compliance with applicable statutory, taxation, regulatory and audit requirements, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
