Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience based on the position applied for
- A diploma or relevant qualification in Tourism or Hospitality will be an added advantage
- Trainee Tour Executive positions are open to graduates and school leavers
Key Responsibilities
- Create itineraries to meet travellers’ requirements
- Respond to incoming enquiries accurately and promptly
- Prepare tour costings and quotations
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and suppliers
- Ensure smooth tour operations, take ownership of services and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
