Qualifications & Experience
Supervisor
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Admin Officer
- Relevant qualification in administration or management
Steward
- Hardworking and team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Key Responsibilities
Supervisor
- Support daily operations and supervise service staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Admin Officer
- Manage administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain records, documentation and reports
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Handle correspondence and support management functions
Steward
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Support food service and kitchen operations
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Required Skills
- Supervisor: strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Admin Officer: strong organizational and communication skills
- Steward: hardworking, team-oriented and flexible with shifts
