Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 35
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound tourism with a degree from a recognized university, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound tourism
- Should have residency with convenient access to the office
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Department Head in achieving the department’s revenue, service quality and financial targets set by the company
- Coordinate directly with overseas distributors, local service providers and internal teams to ensure the smooth planning and execution of end-to-end travel arrangements and holiday programmes
- Prepare tour cost calculations, develop tour packages and create customized tour itineraries and proposals
- Coordinate day-to-day tour operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and the ability to work on IT platforms
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
