Key Responsibilities
- Optimize room rates based on demand, occupancy and competitor pricing
- Monitor booking trends, forecast occupancy and analyse revenue performance
- Develop strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall revenue
- Manage distribution through STAAH, OTAs, PMS and direct booking channels
- Report on revenue, review performance and plan corrective actions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing, demand forecasting, inventory and distribution channels
- Proficiency in managing STAAH, OTAs, PMS and direct booking channels
- Strong analytical skills in market trends, competitor analysis and revenue opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, hotel PMS and revenue management systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
