Global Vinyl is a group of companies engaged in manufacturing PVC floorings with over 40 years of experience and describes itself as the market leader in the product. Its range includes floor carpets, vehicle carpets, luxury vinyl tiles and PVC sheeting roofing felt.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing facility
- High level of computer literacy with ERP knowledge
- Age between 20 and 45 years
- Preference given to candidates residing in close proximity to Ekala
Key Responsibilities
- Receive finished goods to the stores
- Documentation of goods deliveries
- Work with the ERP system (SAP)
- Co-ordinate with the Sales and Finance teams and distributors to arrange goods deliveries
- Raise credit notes, return notes and related documents from the system
- Update returned goods in the system
- Provide information to the Finance Division and Sales team
- Load and unload returned goods if necessary
- Assist Stores Managers with their duties
Required Skills
- Analytical and learning skills
- ERP (SAP) proficiency and strong computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours
