Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation and engagement
- Create high-impact digital content including social media posts, reels, video scripts, blogs, newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns and sales targets
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to develop engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Optimize content and campaigns using SEO, analytics and performance insights to improve reach, conversions and ROI
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels to support sales growth and revenue targets
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and strengthen online presence across all digital platforms
Required Skills
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil proficiency is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative, Figma, CapCut or similar platforms
- Creative mind set with strong attention to detail and a passion for building brands through digital experiences
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to LKR 250,000.
