Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a villa setting
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Keep public areas tidy and properly set up, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the property
- Manage stocks of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms, and handle guest laundry
- Oversee laundry operations
- Maintain a deep knowledge of hotel amenities and work closely with and support other departments to meet guest needs
- Recommend and arrange suitable amenities, maintain a well-groomed appearance, stay up-to-date with hotel policies on safety and hygiene, and perform duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to communicate in spoken English
