Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a wellness resort will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Wellness / Ayurveda services
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage staff performance, schedules, and operational efficiency
- Implement cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellness standards
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and reside on site if required
