Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in steel construction / proof fabrication QS work
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
Key Responsibilities
- Tendering and estimation
- BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Payment requisitions and valuations
- Material estimation and reconciliation
- Labour estimation and cost control
- Site measurement and project costing
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of tendering and estimation procedures
- Ability to handle projects independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
