Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project budgets for interior fit-out, construction and manufacturing projects
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, site measurements and material cost analyses to ensure accurate project costing
- Review, verify and process subcontractors’ bills, payment claims and measurement sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
- Conduct regular project site visits to measure and verify completed works, assess project progress and validate quantities for payment processing
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure effective project coordination and cost management
- Verify completed works, material quantities and subcontractors’ claims against approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in measurements, quantities and payment claims in coordination with project teams and subcontractors
