Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Bio Technology, Agri Food Technology, Agricultural Business or Animal Science from a recognized university
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in poultry/meat processing operations
- Strong knowledge of poultry processing equipment, hygiene and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily poultry processing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output
- Monitor production line activities to maintain product quality, food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with production planning and quality control teams to meet targets
- Adhere to company policies, regulations and all company quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000:2018, HALAL certification, HACCP-GMP, SLS)
- Lead and motivate processing staff to ensure high performance and discipline
- Ensure maintenance of machinery and minimize downtime through proactive coordination
Required Skills
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
