The programme is designed to develop ambitious individuals into future Production Supervisors through structured training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Age 18-28 years
- Diploma, NVQ, or school leavers with a strong interest in manufacturing are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Train across all production departments including Cutting, CNC, Edge Banding, Boring, Assembly, Packing and Quality Control
- Learn production planning, workflow coordination and daily target management
- Monitor quality standards and ensure SOP compliance
- Assist Production Supervisors with manpower allocation, reporting and factory operations
- Support continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives
Required Skills
- Good leadership potential, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, work on the factory floor and grow into a supervisory role
