Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction / real estate industry is a must
- Knowledge and qualification regarding Accounts & Finance will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company sales targets
- New land purchasing and managing the land development projects
- Supervision and direct involvement for the approval process
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for the future Sales & Marketing
- Communicating with customers whenever necessary
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Coordinating with the Sales & Operations teams

- Excellent organizational skills
