Manager – Sales & Marketing (Air Freight)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Freight Sales or Freight Forwarding
- Strong knowledge of air import/export procedures and freight rates
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
- An existing customer network will be an added advantage
Manager – Sales & Marketing (Sea Freight)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sea Freight Sales or Freight Forwarding
- Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL, import/export procedures and freight rates
- Proven track record in business development and sales target achievement
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Documentation Clerk – Air Freight & Sea Freight
- Previous experience in freight forwarding documentation will be an advantage
- Knowledge of air freight and sea freight import/export documentation
Key Responsibilities
Manager – Sales & Marketing (Air Freight)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the Air Freight business
- Identify and acquire new customers and develop strong business relationships
- Promote air import, export and freight forwarding services
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Manager – Sales & Marketing (Sea Freight)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Sea Freight division
- Acquire new customers and expand existing business accounts
- Promote FCL and LCL import/export services
- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs and overseas agents
- Prepare quotations and secure profitable business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports
Documentation Clerk – Air Freight & Sea Freight
- Prepare and process air and sea freight shipping documents
- Handle import/export documentation and shipment files
- Prepare and check Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading (B/L), invoices, packing lists and other relevant documents
- Follow up on shipment schedules, document submissions and shipment status
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of documentation
Required Skills
- Sales and business development skills in freight forwarding (Manager roles)
- Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Freight import/export documentation knowledge (Documentation Clerk)
