Organization Overview
Delmon Hospitality (Pvt) Ltd operates food and beverage outlets and manages stock, recipes and purchasing through a central Inventory Management System.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Management or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or procurement support
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the Inventory Management System across all outlets
- Prepare weekly inventory reports and analyse stock movements
- Investigate stock discrepancies with outlet teams and ensure timely resolution
- Create, update and maintain system recipes and sub-recipes
- Analyse inventory data to support purchasing decisions and stock replenishment
- Cross-check purchase orders, supplier invoices, goods received records and system inventory entries
- Monitor stock levels, wastage, unusual consumption and slow-moving items
- Coordinate stock reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and cost control
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
