Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or service desk environment
- Proven customer-facing experience with a calm, professional phone manner
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for Australian clients, handling support calls with confidence and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Work with the Australian team on projects and service improvements
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, as you will be speaking with Australian clients daily
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals and general troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently, prioritise well and make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to work Australian business hours
