Qualifications & Experience
- Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Experience in bar operations and entertainment management
- Knowledge of menu development and coffee shop/cafe concepts will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, service standards and profitability
- Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team
- Develop and launch a new bar operation, including beverage concepts and staffing
- Plan and manage entertainment activities, including live music, DJs, themed nights and special events
- Drive sales, control costs and develop new revenue opportunities
- Maintain excellent guest relations and online ratings
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
- Excellent English and ability to interact with international guests
