Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize departmental profitability
- Plan and coordinate special events, banquets, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and inventory management
- A professional attitude with a passion for hospitality
