Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing / Management / CIM / SLIM or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the private higher education industry
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for courses, events and institute programmes
- Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events, open houses and engagement activities
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporates and professional associations to promote programmes
- Plan and conduct school visits, corporate presentations, career guidance sessions and outreach events
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the admissions team to convert enquiries into registrations
- Develop partnerships and referral opportunities to achieve student recruitment targets
- Maintain an updated contact database and report monthly outreach activities, leads generated and registrations achieved
Required Skills
- Result oriented, dynamic, convincing and interpersonal, with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil
- Willingness to work during weekends
