Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant diploma, degree or professional qualification in logistics, supply chain or procurement
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Living near or willing to relocate to Palapathwala, Matale
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare export documents, including invoices, packing lists, BLs and COOs
- Support shipment preparation activities, including labelling, packing and container stuffing
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
- Develop international supplier relationships and coordinate samples and documentation
- Evaluate quotations and specifications and recommend suppliers to senior management
- Maintain an updated supplier database to support efficient sourcing
- Calculate landed costs for samples and commercial products
Required Skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
